2025 Mazda CX-5 AWD Catalytic Converter Protector | Forever Shield

Forever Fabrication works closely with local dealerships to develop practical solutions that help deter catalytic converter theft. Our Forever Shield lineup gives vehicle owners an added layer of protection against costly repairs and the inconvenience of a stolen converter.

This Forever Shield was designed and fitted on a 2025 Mazda CX-5 with a 2.5L gasoline engine and all-wheel drive. Compatibility with additional model years and engine configurations has not yet been confirmed. Contact us with any fitment questions before ordering.

Built for protection and everyday use

Made from durable 16 gauge stainless steel, our shield provides a corrosion-resistant barrier that restricts access to the catalytic converter and surrounding exhaust piping. The design makes it more difficult for thieves to reach the areas needed to cut and remove the converter.

Whether you are protecting your personal vehicle or helping customers at your dealership, the Forever Shield adds a physical obstacle to a theft that depends on quick, easy access.

Secure mounting

The shield uses OEM bolts along with six stainless steel rivets to hold it securely in place. The OEM bolts help position and support the shield, while the rivets provide additional attachment points that cannot simply be unbolted.

Your kit includes

• One Mazda CX-5 Forever Shield
• Six stainless steel rivets
• Installation instructions

Installation

Installation uses the vehicle’s existing OEM bolts and the supplied stainless steel rivets. A heavy duty rivet gun, drill with the appropriate drill bit, and socket tools for the OEM bolts are required. Refer to the installation guide for complete instructions and tool sizes.
